• Home of the POLECATS Legend is that a mother skunk and her babies were discovered under the original building during construction.  A former student, Earline Obrecht - whose father served on the board during the 50's, says that they were given the choice of either the Polecats or the Oilers, given the large number of oil wells in the district at that time.

Special Education Notice

         Jasper School District maintains related service logs that document the type and number of minutes related service administered under a student's individualized education program (IEP). These related service logs will be available to parents/guardians at a student's annual review IEP meeting. Parents/guardians may also request a copy of any IEP related service log maintained for their child. Please direct any requests for a copy of a related service log to the office and notify us ahead of time so we can have the document ready for you. 

 504 Plan Notice

       Students with disabilities who do not qualify for an indiviualized education program, as required by the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and implementing provisions of this code, may qualify for services under Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 if the child (i) has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, (ii) has a record of a physical or mental impairment, or (iii) is regarded as having a physical or mental impairment.
